Application Format

This is the format required for submitting an application. Please adhere to the post rules as you consider typing your application.

1. Firearms and protective gear must be obtained IC. Cannot be authorized.
2. Applications that are deemed out of cannon for fallout will not be authorized.
3. Mutants are described in a separate post, do not post mutant applications here.
4. We reserve the right to revoke/deny an authorization / application for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to role-play your authorization fairly.
  
• You are not active on the server for longer than one week. (Message me about planned absences)
  
• Being a dick. ^{(We'll explain if you are.)}
  

By submitting an application you hereby are held responsible for your actions with your authorization (If accepted). And are willing to be held accountable for any of the above rules broken.
